Collin Chartier tested positive for EPO in an out of competition drug test in March 2023. This information became public knowledge today. He has been banned from competing in professional sport for 3 years. This is the interview where he tells us everything.

Why did he reach out to Andrew Messick first? Collin stated Andrew had experience with this? Has any pro athlete other than Nina Kraft been outed with positive Kona test or IM for that matter? Was Collin thrown under the bus for a pass on bigger fish? I was a pro and placed 9th at ITU long Course World Championships in Nice, France 1999. Mike Gilmore who worked for ITU told me my check was delayed because there were two positive doping tests for Pro women that year. It was never made public.
