Jack, you nailed the questions. Unfortunately, the Ironman CEO evaded them or answered beside the point. Even though Messick knows the answers because he is a very clever guy. When you ask about the number of participants, the bad faith is obvious because everyone knows that if you have 1000 participants, the problem is probably solved and women and men could their separate days in Kona the same year. Plus, the rolldown slot system is too lenient allowing people not at world class to qualify.
